Can you get brand new cars? |
| Our service works best with 1-4 years old used vehicles. Our focus is to assist car buyers with our expertise to ensure the used vehicle they receive is in showroom condition with the highest quality control we can provide. New vehicle purchasing does not require our service. |
|
Do you check title history reports? |
| Yes. We used the most popular history report web sites as a part of our research process. We have found however, these reports are not as reliable as most people believe. Unless damage on a vehicle was recorded by an insurance company or police report, the occurrence will not show up on a history report. Be Careful! On the other hand, these reports are helpful for the registration and odometer history. |
|
How much money can I expect to save using your service? |
| Generally you can expect to save money by using our service. We are not necessarily the cheapest on the web either. We will not compromise quality to sell a vehicle for less. Our selection process weeds out vehicles that do not meet our standards. Unfortunately these cars turn up in the market and yes, cheaper than vehicles we can offer to you. But these are not vehicles we will put our reputation on or expect you to want to own. |
|
What is the benefit of buying a vehicle through your service? |
1. It's Painless. Buying an automobile is like going to the dentist. It's going to be painful but you gotta do it. We take the pain out of the entire process.
2. Save Time. Shopping for a car, can be the most time consuming task you will ever encounter. We eliminate your wasted time.
3. Efficiency. You've done all your homework and know what you want. Let us know your preferences and goals and we'll take it from there. You are now done car shopping!
4 Quality Control. We eliminate the uncertainty of buying a vehicle with an unfavorable history. Don't trust a vehicle history report. If a damage occurrence wasn't reported, it will not show up on a Car Fax or Auto Check Report. |
|
Shouldn't I be able to buy a vehicle at "Trade Values" from NADA or Kelly Blue Book values? |
| Private Party values are a better guide. Be careful with trade values. These numbers are generated taking into account when a vehicle is taken in on trade, the dealer will generally recondition the vehicle, stock it, pay their employees, pay floor plan interest and possibly take it to auction to cover their cost and possibly make a profit. Be aware of trade values but also look at private party figures. This will give you a better market value to work with. Retail values generally are extremely high. |

What is your turn around time locating my requested vehicle? |
| Depending on your request, our turn around time can be very quick. Our focus is to locate your vehicle immediately. We apply your search parameters to all our resources and each week have thousands of vehicles our search system efficiently sorts through to find your future vehicle. The more options you give us, the more effective the results. Should the search extend past thirty days, we'll review your parameters and recommend how we can be more effective for you. If you think about it, your car shopping methods probably consist of lunch hours, weekends and evening web searches. Now you have a professional team working on your request every day! Go about your regular routine with confidence! We're On It! |
|
I can't make up my mind on a specific vehicle. Can I request several? |
| We can work with multiple requests but would rather you are focused on one specific vehicle. Ask yourself which of your selections would you like to see in your driveway. Which of your selections would you be just settling for? Always pick your number one! |
|
Are there limits to vehicles you search for? |
| Yes. To ensure we can provide a service to you, deliver the highest quality control standards and provide existing or extended warranties, we limit our search from 1 to 4 year old vehicles. This also ensures we will have the volume of units required to find that perfect on for you! |
|
I'm concerned about warranty on my new vehicle. What can I expect? |
| All automotive manufactures provide factory warranties with their products. This warranty transfers to the future owner. The vehicle we provide to you will have the original factory warranty in place and you will receive all the benefits just as the original owner did. We also have extended warranty packages available that will provide protection up to 5 years from your purchase and 100,000 miles on the vehicle. Ask your representative for details! |
|
If you are getting these vehicles from auctions, doesn't that mean they are sub standard? Don't the best vehicles come from dealerships? |
| This is a big misconception. All dealers get their used inventory from car auctions. Only a few vehicles end up in their inventory from trade ins no matter what they tell you. Auctions provide a clearinghouse for manufacture lease returns, bank repossessions, wholesale companies and dealer consignment vehicles. This is big business and auctions market everything from Hyundai Accents to Bentley GT's. |

You talk about Quality Control. What do you look for to make sure the vehicles selected are the quality vehicles you claim they are? |
| At Peak Performance, We take this part of our service very seriously. In fact, this is an area we strive to "over deliver" for our clients! With the advancements in auto body repairs, products and techniques, past damage can easily be over looked by an unsuspecting purchaser. Our trained professional staff inspect each vehicle for signs or issues including previous paint or body work, frame damage, flood damage, abuse and or neglect. We use state of the art paint meter devices to actually measure the thickness of paint on every body panel of the vehicle. Our quality check system can eliminate a previously damaged vehicle within minutes while an untrained buyer may spend hours and not find any issues. We are so certain of our quality control, we offer a Buy Back Guarantee if another inspection facility finds otherwise! No other dealership will offer this claim. Feel free to drop by and have one of our staff walk you through our process. |
|
How long has Peak Performance been in business? |
| We have been in business since January 1997. Over the years we have seen many changes in the industry. The great thing about our business is we follow the market and economic conditions. In up times, everyone wants the luxury high end vehicles. In todays market, we see more conservative buying preferances in sedans, suv's and efficient fuel economy models. |

I price shop on eBay and see vehicles priced lower than the market. Is this where the deals are? |
| During your searches, you will find low prices on eBay. There are "Buy It Now Prices" that fall well below market values on most any vehicle researched. Generally, if it is too good to be true, there's usually a catch. Trust your instincts. A vehicle with an unfavorable past can look very good in pictures, and with a creative write up can appear to be the perfect match to your search. In our experience, the cheapest deal could be your most expensive lesson. Unless you can physically put you hands on the vehicle and have a trusted inspection facility qualify your purchase, beware. Chances are very high that you will make a costly mistake. Even reputable dealerships use eBay to market their less impressive cars. Again, be careful! |
